Inspirations

It's hard to believe that today's billionaires would ever sell sandwiches or store items on a shelf in a store - but the fact is that many of the world's richest people have spent their careers. From the seemingly insignificant jobs from the beginning, but thanks to the dedication to do something, today they are flying in private jets and now they are running successful companies and owning billions of rupees.

These people are the inspirations for all of us especially for those who are struggling for good in their lives.

Giorgio Armani

Giorgio Armani, the owner of the world-famous fashion brand Armani, took his first job as an assistant photographer - he took the job in 1957 for which he was paid $1.38 per hour, which is what it is today $12 an hour - but now the successful businessman's assets are worth $ 9.6 billion.

Travis Kalanick

Travis Kalanick, the owner of the online taxi service Uber, got his first job as selling things door-to-door - but it's not too because he took the job in 1998, earning $10.26 an hour as at the time it is $15.36 an hour - but after working on a unique idea, today their assets are worth $ 3 billion.

Evan Spiegel

Evan Spiegel, founder of the popular app Snapchat, served as the promoter of the popular energy drink Red Bell in 2008 and was paid $ 385 a month during the job, which is now a day $ 438 a month, he currently has 9 billion dollars in assets.

Jack Dorsey

Who doesn't know the name Twitter, but interestingly, little is known about Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter. Jack was a software engineer in 1991 with an annual income of $ 44,971which is in today's time $ 80,825. Jack's total assets are now worth 10 billion dollars.

Jeff Bezos

The owner of Amazon is one of the richest people in the world. You would be surprised to know that Jeff's first job was as a McDonald's cook, and he did it in the '80s. During that time he was paid $ 2.69 an hour, which is $ 8 an hour today - but Jeff now is a successful businessman and has187 billion dollars in assets.

Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of the popular social media app Facebook, was a software engineer in 2006. Mark was still in college when he created Facebook, but he was also credited with the success of many other projects. Microsoft and several other technology giants have offered to buy software created by Mark Zuckerberg on various occasions. Mark's assets are currently worth 105 billion dollars.

The country is suffering from high inflation. The poor middle class seems helpless to live. The government has repeatedly said that the economic situation is improving. It is not wrong to say that the situation is improving but only for those who are sitting in government houses or owning flour mills and sugar mills. If they say that wheat or sugarcane will be more expensive in the same way flour and sugar will be more expensive. But the problem is that the same small farmer and landlord who grows and sells wheat and sugarcane today is starving for two meals a day if wheat is becoming five rupees more expensive. If so, flour is getting expensive by Rs. 20 and if sugarcane is getting expensive by Rs. 30, then sugar is getting expensive by Rs. 30. Therefore, the situation of small landowners and farmers is getting worse and worse and don't ask the wage earners. ۔ If the rate of inflation is skyrocketing, then the increase in salary is zero. People are only fulfilling their needs by doing two or three jobs and even if they are half-baked and have a daily wage, even if they eat one or two loaves of bread in three hours, it is enough. You should sit down with a government economist. So they will turn you into a vicious circle of economic maze that no one will understand and forcibly these experts will come up with the result of what is good. You will have to believe it. It will all happen and may Allah make everything good. But the common man is not interested in these figures but in his stomach, treatment, education and daily expenses, which are by no means positive. Where the price of daal has reached such a level that the poor are no longer able to eat it. Where the prices of oil and ghee increase by a lump sum of Rs. 22 and Rs. 27, how can one fill the stomachs of his children. This is the story from house to house that food is for everyone to eat, whether they live in a palace or in a hut, or if the rich eat well, then the poor boil salt and pepper in water and eat it, now this food also seems difficult. Now take a look at the prices of petrol and diesel which once came down due to Corona and since then they have been steadily rising and rising every fortnight and its effect is increasing. Inevitably, everything comes at a price, but even when oil became priceless for the first time in history, it was not bought and stored, but we did not have such a facility, so soon after oil became cheaper, it became expensive again. It's been and since then the price has been rising and everyone knows what it means to have a rise in oil prices. Everyone knows that everything from mobility to salt and pepper is affected, but prices continue to rise. Now let's take a look at the electricity which is being loaded to some extent even in this severe cold. The bill is more or less the same this season too. Expensive gas and electricity means expensive production and expensive petrol on it. Expensive deliveries and thus the real cost of things get out of control and the poor consumer gets crushed. But those in power do not waste time on these little things and spend more time on political maneuvering. I just do it today if the PDM is running a movement which was started in the name of inflation but then it came to the real ie gaining power then yesterday the government was doing the same yesterday Imran Khan used to shout loudly They used to talk about men. They used to make loud claims. Even after coming to power, a lot of such things were said in the beginning, but the same thing is that the people of Dhaka are being crushed in the same mill of inflation and it is increasing day by day. At the same time, the problems of the people are increasing. If the government pays serious attention to this and the experts plan sincerely, then the people May get some relief. The government will have to rethink its economic plan or else the people will become intolerant of hunger and poverty and will be prone to crime and the declining society will go further to destruction and then the government which has already surrendered. It is not difficult or impossible for him to handle the situation, so he has to make some arrangements before the situation gets there.

We are safe only if everyone is safe

All viruses, including SARS COVID-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 - develop over time. When a virus duplicates or copies itself, it sometimes changes a mild, which is normal for a virus. These changes are called "changes". A virus with one or more new mutations is known as a "variable" of the original virus.

What is the reason for changing the virus to a new form?

When a virus is circulating in a population on a large scale and causing many infections, the chances of the virus changing are increased. The more times a virus spreads, the more it replicates.

Most viral mutations have a minor effect on the virus's ability to cause infection and disease. But depending on where the changes are located in the genetic material of the virus, they can affect the characteristics of the virus, such as transmission (e.g., it can spread more easily) or severity (e.g. However, it can cause more and more serious illness

What effect do new strains of the virus have on vaccines?

Vaccines that are currently in development or have been approved are expected to provide at least some protection against new strains of the virus because the vaccine exhibits a broad immune response that includes a variety of antibodies. And cells. Therefore, changes or mutations in the virus do not make vaccines completely ineffective. If any of these vaccines prove to be less effective against one or more types, it may be possible to change the synthesis of the vaccine to protect against these variants.

Data collection and analysis on new forms of the COVID-19 virus are ongoing. Working closely with WHO researchers, health officials and scientists

Is trying to understand how these different conditions affect the behavior of viruses, including if they affect the effectiveness of vaccines. See the WHO Outbreak News for the latest information on the effects of different variants of the COVID-19 virus on the effectiveness of different vaccines. This is an area where the evidence remains preliminary and is growing rapidly.

As we learn more, we need to make every effort to prevent the spread of the virus, which could reduce the effectiveness of existing vaccines. Besides, manufacturers and programs using vaccines may have to fix the evolution of the COVID-19 virus: for example, vaccines may require multiple pressures when developing, such as booster shots. It May be needed, and other vaccines may change. May be required. Any kind of utility Vaccines also change. May be required. Trials must also be designed and maintained to allow for evaluating any changes in efficacy and must be of sufficient scale and diversity to enable clear interpretation of results. Studies of the effects of vaccines are also necessary to understand their effects Who is doing what to monitor and understand the effects of virus variants on vaccine efficacy?

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the WHO has been tracking mutations and variations. Our global SARS-CoV-2 laboratory network includes a dedicated virus evolution working group, which aims to quickly identify new changes and assess their potential effects.

Research groups have performed genomic sequencing of the COVID-19 virus and shared this sequence on public databases, including GISAID. This global collaboration has allowed scientists to better track how the virus changes

Is The WHO recommends that all countries, where possible, increase the sequence of the Quid 19 virus and share data to help monitor and respond to such epidemics.

The WHO has also established a SAARC-CO2 Risk Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for identifying, monitoring, and evaluating different types of concerns. This will include components such as monitoring, research on different types of anxiety, and diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of the effects of vaccines. This framework will help as a guide to changes for manufacturers and countries that may need COVID-19 vaccines.

How to prevent new strains of the COVID-19 virus?

In future stopping the spread at the source is key. Current transmission mitigation measures - including frequent hand washing, wearing masks, physical distance, good ventilation, and avoiding crowded or closed settings - continue to work against new variations by reducing the amount of viral transmission. Keep it and therefore reduce the chances of the virus. Replacing Accelerating vaccine manufacturing and distributing vaccines as quickly and widely as possible will also be important ways to protect them before they become infected with the virus, and new strains are at risk. To provide maximum protection against new species globally and to minimize the risk of transmission, vaccination of high-risk groups everywhere should be a priority. Furthermore, ensuring adequate access to COVID-19 vaccines is more important than ever to combat the epidemic. As more and more people get vaccinated, we expect that the circulation of the virus will decrease, resulting in less mutation.

Why is it necessary to get vaccinated even if there are new strains of the virus?

Vaccines are an important tool in the fight against CoVID-19, and we have clear health and life-saving benefits from using the tools we have. We should not shy away from vaccinating because we were concerned about new strains, and we should move forward with vaccinations even if vaccines against the different strains of the COVID-19 virus are far less effective. We need to use the tools we have, even as we continue to improve these tools.

We are safe only if everyone is safe.

Symbol of WHO (World Health Organization)

Have you ever notice the logo of World Health organization(WHO). There is a snake on a stick which is on the world map. as I noticed this, I started searching about it and came to know different theories about snake as a healer. First reference I will take from the Bible

Numbers 21: 4-8

4 They traveled from Mount Hor along the route to the Red Sea,[a] to go around Edom. But the people grew impatient on the way;
they spoke against God and against Moses, and said, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? There is no bread! There is no water! And we detest this miserable food!”
Then the Lord sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died.
The people came to Moses and said, “We sinned when we spoke against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

The Lord said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.”

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=numbers+21%3A4-8&version=NIV

Here we saw that God said Moses to make a snake and lift it up so who so ever will see it, will not die

The

Some of the people relate WHO symbol with that serpent of Moses, which is not correct. WHO has its own description regarding the symbol of snake.

Snake on WHO logo mean

The The staff with the snake has long been a symbol of medicine and the medical profession.

It originates from the story of Asclepius who was revered by the ancient Greeks as a god of healing and whose cult involved the use of snakes. (Asclepius, incidentally, was so successful at saving lives that, the legend goes, Hades the god of the underworld complained about him to the supreme god Zeus who, fearing that the healer might make humans immortal, killed Asclepius with a thunderbolt.)

The Rod if Caduceus is often mistaken for the Rid of Ascelpius

(especially in the US), except the Rod of Caduceus has a pair of
snakes intertwined with wings on the tops. The Caduceus is associated with Hermes and is the symbol of commerce, the two snakes signifying diligence and prudence. One day, Hermes cane across two snake fighting and touch then with his rod to get them to stop. The snakes intertwined the rod without fighting, demonstrating peace. Diligence, prudence, and peace are said to be good traits for commerce.

Magic of Social Media

Many of us are related to social media either using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, What app etc. using phones or laptops updating statues, posting and sharing pictures, liking things and messages back and forth with friends. This is the place where we get updates about our friends even family in fact we pass our most of time on social media.
`
These social media has a very strong effect on our mental, social, economical and political lives. Especially during the time of Corona many people are addicted to the social media but many people are using social media in promoted their products and establishing their business.

Social Media Effect on our mental health

Social media has negative or positive effect on our mental health. Human beings are social creatures. The strength of our connections has a huge impact on or mental health and happiness. Now a days we depends too much on social media that what we see on it we believe and agree with that. Each of the social media has an importance on our lives but they cannot be replaced with the real world human connection. It require person to person contact that alleviate stress and make you feel happier and healthier and more positive. Actually the designed social media try to bring people together in fact that make people lonely and isolated and creates mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. If you are spending excessive time on social media and you are feeling sad, dissatisfy, frustrated or lonely then you have to rethink about your online habits and find some healthy balance.

Symptoms of social media on mental health

  • A person feel lonely and doesn't feel comfortable with his friends
  • Comparing yourself with others on social media
  • Being distracted at school or work
  •  No time for self reflection
  • A person get into risky behaviour in order to get likes or views
  • A person must suffer sleep problem

How to reduce effect of social media?

  1.  Reduce your online time
  2.  You can use an app to show you how much time you have spent on social media
  3. You can turn off phone in different timings
  4. tablets and phones must not be allowed in bed
  5. You can disable social media notification apps
  6. Change your focus
  7. Try to spend more time with off line or real friend

A 2018 University of Pennsylvania study found that reducing social media use to 30 minutes a day resulted in a significant reduction in levels of anxiety, depression, loneliness, sleep problems, and FOMO. But you don’t need to cut back on your social media use that drastically to improve your mental health. The same study concluded that just being more mindful of your social media use can have beneficial results on your mood and focus.

While 30 minutes a day may not be a realistic target for many of us, we can still benefit from reducing the amount of time we spend on social media. For most of us, that means reducing how much we use our smartphones.

Be aware

freedom from addiction

Last night as I was laying in my bed watching TV, I saw one debate regarding drug addiction and suddenly it came to my mind to write about addiction, types of addiction and how we can get rid of it. In the beginning we have to understand what is addiction.
There are two types of addictions

1. Substance addiction
2. Behavioral addiction

What is addiction?

Addiction is a complex condition, a brain disease that is manifested by compulsive substance use despite harmful consequence.

People with addiction have an intense focus on using a certain substance(s), such as alcohol or drugs, to the point that it takes over their life. They keep using alcohol or a drug even when they know it will cause problems.

In an other definition it is said

Addiction is a psychological and physical inability to stop consuming a chemical, drug, activity, or substance, even though it is causing psychological and physical harm.

The term addiction does not only refer to dependence on substances such as heroin or cocaine. A person who cannot stop taking a particular drug or chemical has substance dependence.

There are so many people who are working on this type of addiction but today I am going to talk about about behavioral addiction such as gambling, eating too much, sleeping, nail biting and so many.

What is behavior addiction?

Behavioral addiction is a mental health condition in which a person engages in a particular behavior repeatedly; even if the behavior causes them harm—it may seem as if they simply cannot resist engaging in it. Common behavioral addictions—also known as process addictions—include gambling addiction, shopping addiction, hoarding, and kleptomania (impulsive stealing). While the compulsivity associated with behavioral addictions may seem uncontrollable, treatment options are available to those who suffer from them.

Several behavioral addictions have been hypothesized as having similarities to substance addiction. Many of the time we are addicted to some thing but we are not willing to admit as some people are addicted to computer games such as pubjee, some are addicted to nail biting, some are addicted to smell, some are addicted to shopping etc

The question arises that why do we involve in behavioral addiction?

Life

I have seen that many times we waste most of our energy in wasting our life doing the unnecessary things. What makes our life so unique and beautiful?
Its is beautiful because whatever you have,
that you may be facing,
what you may be dealing with,

life is still good

Life has so many moving parts
but life is always good
Every day is a new day and a new opportunity
that others may not have
This life that you have been given
that you are temporarily holding on to,
that has been just given to you, for only temporarily reasons,
has more meaning that you can ever imagine.

So many people in the world take life for granted, instead of realizing, that you have to take the opportunities, to live it the best way you know. Now on this journey of life, you are going to face the significant amount of circumstances and challenges. You are going to fall into areas that you cannot understand and may be its not in the position for you to understand at the moment, life is so beautiful and no one deserves to ruin it, no one deserves to control it, no one deserves to steal your joy.

Your life is your life and you have the right to live it the best way you can. You must discipline yourself and take full control and responsibility of whatever it is that you are seeking at this moment. There are so many different challenges that you have to face but instead of running away from the challenges run towards the challenge. You should be able to understand that life has a meaning but sometimes these circumstances put you in a position to feel that you are not worthy anymore but always remember that life is a gift, a gift of giving and a gift of receiving. Take control of your life and opportunities. Believe in your self. No one is going to do you better than you. Don't wait for something to happen because you make it happen and take full control of this thing which is called

Stay blessed

We are humans, we can make mistakes

Today I want to tell about a very practical issue, something we all do no matter where ever we live in the world, It has to do, how you see people around you. Life can be very difficult, very hard and we are humans, we make mistakes. I want to ask you, " what do you do to people around you make mistakes"? Do you simple judge them by their out word actions. Do you allow a familiarity to breed a fence? or you see them from their past? or you see them as God see them.

We are offended by the people around you, when they hurt you. How well do you honor them? Do you know that miracles directly link to honor? If the key unlocks the door, honor unlocks the miracle. This is not a physical miracle, its a miracle in relation ship, it a miracle in your work or business, miracles in your marriage or relationship with your children.

I just want to ask you. How well you honor them who hurts you? I am convinces that if we honor other as Jesus wants us to honor? We will never fall in sin. We will never go for killings.

Here I want to share a story of a person who went to his homeland to collect rent of his house but his tenant was unable to give him rent because he was lost his business. The owner had only one car left that was a bit expensive but as he was with God so God told him to sell that car and fulfill the needs of his tenant. So he sold his car which was very dear to him and lived without any conveyance for two years and finally God has graced him with two cars. The basic thing is that when we listen God and do whatever He says to us, He will provide each and every thing in our life.It doesn't mean that we sell our car to get two cars. It means how we honor Gods words as Moses honor Gods words and he was ready to sacrifice his beloved son which he god in his old age and then God graced Moses with a huge nation and honor.

If we honor others God will honor us. If we forgive others, God will forgive us. If we strengthen others, God will strengthen us. So when we judge anyone by their deeds, judge yourself also so that you can make a good decision. God is merciful and let us be merciful as well because if we don't mercy to others God will not show mercy to us. If we

As its written in the Holy Bible quote
"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you".  Matthew 6:14

As its written in Holy Quran quote

"I am the Prophet of repentance and I am the Prophet of mercy".

Source: Sahih Muslim 4351, Grade: Sahih

So lets forgive others and give honor to others  so that almighty God will also forgive us because no one is perfect except God. We are humans and we can make mistakes but the almighty Allah always forgive us and give us another chance. Follow these foot steps.

At the end let's give honor to the people who are serving us in this pandemic in front line as  a doctor that may God keep them safe and healthy

Don't ignore minor things

I was thinking today morning that mostly we ignore small things and look for big things. Have you ever seen elephants biting some one? How many of you are bitten by the mosquitoes? Don't ignore small things.Small things impact more than the big things. The matter is that we don't realize these small tit bits. An Army of the country could be brave and equipped with modern weapons, modern riffles, modern suits, of any of the country but if the soldiers don't have shoes, can they fight? Don't ignore small things. Its just a small thing, shoes but the soldiers cannot perform without them. Minor flame of a fire can burn a huge jungle, a big house or a big buildings. A minor hole in a ship can drown a very big, huge cruise in the water. Small, small things have an important role in our lives.

Once a lady went to the doctor and said that my daughter has pain in her ear, kindly check and give some medicine. The   doctor saw a girl and said that she is very small she cannot eat tablets, I will give some liquid to pour in. "These are drops five times a day you have to give", the doctor said. The mother went back and after three days the child had to admit in the hospital in an emergency. That doctor was called who had prescribed the medicine. He came rushly and asked what happened? The mother said that she has given five drops a day to her child but she got serious and she an intensive pain in her ear. The doctor said "did you give her five drops in a day". The said,"yes". The doctor asked her that how she has given five drops. She said that she had poured five drops in her ear. The doctor banged her head and said that you have to gibe five drops to drink because she can not eat medicine, what did you do? Just a small mistake form doctor end that he had written casually and mother has read it casually.Don't ignore small things.

Never ever be casual in your life. Once a ticket collector enter in a train room and asked a person to show ticket. The person showed him the ticket. The ticket collector said you have sit on a wrong train, wrong ticket. Like this he checked 9 tickets and said the same thing to all of them. After some time he came to know that the ticket collector has gone in a wrong train. This is called a casual approach.

The titanic was hit to the iceberg in 1912, though its captain was told that the way you are moving can be dangerous and any iceberg can break the titanic but the captain was over confident and he believed that titanic cannot be broken. Even the life boats were so less because they thought that life boats are not needed. This is a called casual approach.

A principal once stand outside holding polish box and shoe brush, while his students were not polishing their shoes. Everyone stopped him but he said that let him do this for two days and I bet no one will come to school with polishing his shoes after that. Just a small thing

My message for you is that if we keep on doing small small good things for others, we can get a big result.

Abraham, the Father of the nations

Today when I woke up in the morning, A thought emerged at once that I should write something about the Father of nations, the father of faith, "Abraham". He is the person, on which everyone agrees. His truthfulness, his piety, his faithfulness and his faith on God that he didn't say no to God to even sacrifice his own son.

Abraham, known as Ibrahim (Arabicإِبْرَاهِيْمُ‎, romanized: ʾIbrāhīm pronounced in Arabic, is recognized as a prophet and messenger of God in Islam. Abraham plays a prominent role as an example of faith in JudaismChristianity, and Islam. In Muslim belief, Abraham fulfilled all the commandments and trials wherein God nurtured him throughout his lifetime. As a result of his unwavering faith in God, Ibrahim was promised by God to be a leader to all the nations of the world.

The Quran extols Ibrahim as a model, an exemplar, obedient and not an idolater. In this sense, Abraham has been described as representing "primordial man in universal surrender to the Divine Reality before its fragmentation into religions separated from each other by differences in form".The Islamic holy day 'Eid al-Adha is celebrated in memory of the sacrifice of Abraham, and each able bodied Muslim is supposed to perform the pilgrimage to pay homage at the Kaaba in the Hejazi city of Mecca, which was built by Abraham and his son Ishmael as the first house of worship on earth.

 Promises to Abraham:

God also gave promises to Abraham “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you;I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse;and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” (Genesis 12:2-3).

He promised that Abraham would become the father of a great nation. But at that time, Abraham was already 75 years old and still had no children. He had to wait another 25 years till the promised baby came, when he was 100 years old and his wife Sarah 90. The book of Hebrews explains that Sarah could have a baby because of her faith in a faithful God: “And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise” (Hebrews 11:11). This example shows that God sometimes decides to wait to keep his promise, but He never forgets about it.

Promises to the people of Israel

God promised the people of Israel that He would bring them into the Promised Land. The promise was first made to Abraham "On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, “To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphratesthe land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites.”(Genesis 15:18-21) and later repeated to Isaac and Jacob (Genesis 28:13). God was true to his promise, because years later He delivered the offspring of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob from the Egyptians and led them into the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 1:8).

There are many verses in the Psalms and other Bible books that testify to God’s faithfulness (Psalm 98:3108:4145:13 and many others). For example, Psalm 108:4“For your steadfast love is great above the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.”

Promises for today

God has promises for the people of today as well. He promises that every person who believes in Jesus, will be saved from hell: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). This is a wonderful promise and we can trust God fully that He will keep this promise! This well-known verse in John also shows us how we should respond to God’s promise: we need to believe, to put our trust in God’s promises.

Warning against unbelief

In the book of Hebrews, a warning is issued against unbelief (Hebrews 3:7,8). A whole generation of Israelites could not enter the Promised Land because they did not trust God to give it to them. They had to wander in the desert till they died and the Land was given to their children (Hebrews 3:16-19). God promises eternal rest in Jesus Christ; let us respond in faith and put our trust in him (Hebrews 3:14)!
