Daily consumption of three to four cloves of garlic can reduce the rate of harmful cholesterol in the blood by 10 to 15% and thus protect the person from the risk of heart attack.


4. Strengthens bones

Hormonal changes in the body of women over the age of 40 who suffer from menopause begin to weaken the bones, but the use of garlic causes the release of a hormone called estrogen in these women, which causes the bones to collapse and get strength.


5. Get rid of fatigue and make a dent

Though garlic is a diet with all these benefits but according to research, it is not a complete cure for any disease, but a tip that can be useful in the treatment, but in case of a medical condition, a doctor must be contacted to treat it.
